Section 132
Not to possess or carry firearms without a license
(1) No one shall obtain, keep, store, use or carry firearms in accordance with the law without obtaining a license or even if he has obtained a license in violation of the conditions and restrictions of the license. However, the Nepali Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, officers and soldiers of Nepal related to security work or other security personnel who are allowed to use arms according to the law will not be hindered from keeping, using or carrying such arms in the course of their duties.
(2) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to five years and fined up to fifty thousand rupees.
